Introducing Focus Coaching: The Tool Every ADHD Executive Has Been Missing

I've been working on something quietly behind the scenes for a while now, and it is finally time to announce it…..

This is the game changer for ADHD entrepreneurs and executives that we've all been wanting and needing, but has never had a name before. Until today.

I have spent literal years tricking my scattered entrepreneur brain into focusing on one thing at a time. Years. And that is exactly why I am so excited to finally launch Focus Coaching. 🎉

Lists, reminders, work blocks, rewards…we've tried all the tricks and still haven't found the secret elixir for focus in a bottle. I get it because I've been right there with you.

Until now.

This is the solution we've needed all along. A coach who keeps you on task, focused on the work at hand, cheers you on, and makes sure you're spending your time on the things that actually move the needle — the things only you can do.

It's not body doubling. It's not scolding. It's Focus Coaching, and it's uniquely designed to get you hyper focused, use your efforts strategically, and train your brain to lock in and get things done.

We've spent years helping busy people build systems and get things done — and we kept seeing the same thing over and over. Our clients weren't just overwhelmed at home. They were overwhelmed at work too. Paralyzed. Drowning. Busy all day and somehow still not moving the needle. Focus Coaching is our answer to that.

The problem with productivity advice for ADHD brains 🧠

If you have ADHD and you run a business or lead a team, you already know that most productivity advice was not written for you.

"Just make a to-do list." Great. Now you have 47 things on your list and no idea where to start, and the mere act of looking at it sends you into a spiral that ends with you reorganizing your desk instead of doing the work.

"Use time blocking." Sure. But what happens when you sit down at 2pm for your "deep work block" and your brain just... refuses? No amount of calendar color-coding fixes that.

The advice isn't wrong exactly. It's just missing the most important ingredient: real-time support in the moment you're actually trying to work.

That's the gap Focus Coaching fills. ✅

Here’s how it works 👇

What a session actually looks like 📋

This isn't coaching where you talk about your goals and leave with homework you'll probably never do. This is working with you, live, in real time.

🎯 First, we set achievable priorities together. Before we touch a single task, we get clear on what actually matters today. Not your whole list — just what's realistic and important for this session. This is where most ADHD executives get derailed before they even start. We answer the question where do I begin? together, every single time.

💻 Then, we work. Together. You screen share. I stay on the line. We talk through each step as you go, and I keep you on track when your brain wants to wander (and it will — that's not a flaw, it's just how your brain works). Sessions run 30 to 90 minutes, and my job is to be your external focus: your accountability, your guardrails, your "hey, you were in the middle of something" when you've gone three tabs deep on something unrelated.

🗺️ Finally, we build a plan for what's next. After we review what you accomplished — and you will have accomplished real things, which feels incredible — we use that momentum to map out your priorities for between sessions. You don't leave empty-handed. You leave with a clear path forward.

Why this works when everything else hasn't 💡

People hear "focus coaching" and think body doubling. And yes, having another person present does help ADHD brains activate and sustain attention. But what I do goes well beyond that.

Body doubling gets you in the seat. Focus Coaching gets you results.

Before we work, we build a strategy: what are you working on, in what order, and why? That clarity alone changes everything for an ADHD brain that freezes at the starting line. Then we take action together, live, so you're not just "working near someone" — you're being actively facilitated through each step. And when the session ends, you leave with an accountability plan so the momentum doesn't evaporate the minute we hang up.

Strategy. Action. Accountability. Every single session. That's what makes this different.

Is this for you? 👀

This is for you if you're a founder, executive, or business owner with ADHD who:

  • Knows exactly what needs to get done but can't seem to start it

  • Gets distracted mid-task and loses an hour before you realize it

  • Has a graveyard of half-finished projects that haunt you

  • Feels like you're always busy but never making real progress on the things that matter

If your brain has 37 tabs open and you just need someone to help you pick one and actually finish it, this is for you. 🙋

Let's do this 🚀

Sessions are 1 hour at $80/session. You can book once a week, three times a week, or daily — whatever your work demands.

Book an intro call here and let's figure out if Focus Coaching is the right fit for you.

I genuinely can't wait to work with you and get shit done.
